The learners of this course will develop an understanding of the concepts of petro-retailing, cash flow analysis, organisational challenges, price forecasting, cost drivers and risk management. They will be able to develop information and expertise across the E & P spectrum and will be able to contribute to planning for field development and operation of petroleum fields. This course will help the learners get familiar with the global markets for oil and natural gas and their organisation. They will be able to formulate and analyse simple economic models of resource depletion and market competition and will be able to explain how local, regional and global policies and institutions affect energy markets and prices.
Candidates passed 10+2 or equivalent from recognized board are eligible to apply.
